“Leading with Hope” – Reflections on Downtown Redding

Program Officer for Community Vitality, Rachel Hatch recently sat down with Aaron Hayes of “Leading With Hope” for an interview about the the future of downtown Redding. Leading with Hope features leaders in the community and at home who want to lead in this time with hope instead of fear. It is a safe place where a cross section of leaders can have a proactive conversation to inspire and support one another to lead with hope.
