Jefferson Public Radio: Interview about Downtown Redding

On July 5th, Jefferson Public Radio interviewed The McConnell Foundation’s Rachel Hatch. The conversation included discussion of the way buildings can  catalyze change in the environment, but also the role of community members themselves. As Ed Glaeser puts it in “The Triumph of the City”:
