Indy Cultural Trail – Learning from an Examplar

This week, the downtown Redding community had the opportunity to learn from Karen Haley, Executive Director of Indy Cultural Trail, an 8-mile world class urban bike and pedestrian path in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. During her visit, Karen met with City of Redding staff, bike enthusiasts and community leaders for a series of conversations about “Bicycle friendly business: city trails, bike share & economic development.” Here is a video recap:
