Hard Hat Tour with Caltrans staff

The team from Shasta Living Streets and The McConnell Foundation toured Caltrans District 2 staff through the Shasta Bike Depot construction site on January 18th.

The Shasta Bike Depot–located along a Caltrans Highway in downtown Redding–and the planned cycle track improvements on California Street have synergies with the Caltrans Director’s Policy 37: to “provide comfortable, convenient, and connected complete streets facilities for people walking, biking, and taking transit or passenger rail…”
