Cascade Theatre – Matching Gift Challenge
The marquee of the Cascade Theatre has proven a bright spot for many over these challenging months of Corona Virus, with its changing messages encouraging the passerby to take heart, and believe that a better day is coming.
Starting on Tuesday 10/6, McConnell Foundation Matching Gift Challenge launched, as the Cascade sought donations from community members dollar-for-dollar, up to $5,000. In just 24 hours, the community met the goal, with $5000 raised by 43 individuals in 24 hours. Donations ranged from $20 to $1000.
