Affordable Housing under Construction in Downtown Redding

After the Carr Fire destroyed more than a thousand homes in our community back in 2018, the need for affordable housing became even more pressing.

The McConnell Foundation, K2, the City of Redding and CRDC have teamed up to contribute to housing supply with a 78-unit, Net Zero affordable housing development in #downtown Redding. The earthwork and underground infrastructure is complete and now construction is going vertical. Here are some September photo updates, thanks to Modern Building Company.
