The McConnell Foundation’s own Rachel Hatch will facilitate the (virtual) 23rd Annual Economic Forecast Conference at California State University Chico today.

Curated by the North State Planning & Development Collective staff, the event is intended to bring together decision-makers from industry, government and education to tackle the issues at the forefront of economic development in the North State.
